Dworzysk Roztańcz Się is a loose-leaf herbal tea. A tea that adds lightness to everyday life. The harmoniously selected ingredients of Roztańcz Się blend help to maintain internal balance, support immunity, metabolism and purification of the body. According to folk medicine, nettle, lavender, daisy and blanket plant have a purifying and tonic effect. Raspberry, strawberry leaf and blackthorn are full of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants. This blend is a memory of warm days encased in a tin full of herbs. Drunk hot or cold, the infusion helps you to enter another day with a dancing step.


Recipes:

Hot drink infusion: Pour boiling water (approx. 250ml) over a flat teaspoon of dried fruit and steep covered for 5 minutes. It also tastes good with the addition of lemon and honey.

Cold drink infusion: Refreshing lemonade. Pour boiling water over 2 tablespoons of dried flowers (approx. 300ml) and steep covered for 15 minutes. When the infusion has cooled down, strain the flowers, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and half a tablespoon of honey. Top up with cold water to a litre capacity. The infusion tastes best well chilled, we can add ice cubes..

RECOMMENDATIONS: Pregnant and breastfeeding women may consume up to 1 cup of infusion per day.
