Fellow Ode Gen 2 is an automatic coffee grinder for pour-over brewing methods. Prepare your V60, Chemex, AeroPress and whatnot! The new generation of award-winning Fellow grinder is here! What's new?Updated brew burrs (Gen 2 Brew Burrs) that were designed specifically for Ode by VP of R&D and Certified Q Grader Nick Terzulli. The Gen 2 Brew Burrs are capable of grinding as fine as 250 microns, while the Standard Brew Burrs that come stock in the original Ode Brew Grinder can grind as fine as 500 microns.Anti-static technology, which helps to reduce the static from freshly ground coffee. A knocker known from professional grinders helps to get rid of all the grounds - in result, the retention of the grinder is extremely low.Quiet grind noise thanks to high-quality materials to ditching the noisy gearbox. The body is elegant and solid, made of aluminum and plastic.Small dimensions allow you to place the grinder almost anywhere.Dimensions (D x W x H) 23,9 cm x 10,5 cm x 24,8 cm.220V, EU plug. This product comes with EU Type C/F plug. Heresy - Colombia El Vergel Magnum Sidra Filter 126 g

Manufacturer: HERESY

Roasting date: 19.05.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Heresy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of passion fruit, mango, yogurt, hard candies, flowers and champagne.Origin: ColombiaRegion: TolimaFarm: Elias & Shady BayterVariety: SidraProcessing: Anaerobic Natural + MosstoAltitude: 1500 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 90 / 100 ABOUT THE FARM AND COFFEE PRODUCEREl Vergel is a relatively young farm, as its first harvest took place only 10 years ago. However, the Bayter family has rapidly transformed the plantation into one of the most advanced in the industry in terms of complex processing and the cultivation of a wide range of selected, highly sought-after botanical varieties, such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Laurina, and Pacamara.Currently, ongoing research on bacteria and yeast is being conducted at El Vergel to achieve even greater precision in controlling fermentation and, consequently, modulating flavor. In addition to coffee production, the Bayters are the founders of Forest, a company involved in both the export and import of green coffees, which means we were able to purchase this coffee without the involvement of intermediaries.ABOUT COFFEE PROCESSING AT THE FARMSidra variety, hand-picked, fermented as whole cherries for 72 hours with limited air access, with the addition of must from the fermentation of another botanical variety, Java. This must is a liquid that is produced as a byproduct of coffee fermentation and contains a high concentration of microorganisms—bacteria and yeast. Their increased presence lowers the starting barrier of fermentation, making it more intensive and faster. The result? More intensive formation of metabolites, which have a direct impact on the final, more complex and deeper profile in the brew. The coffee is dried in two stages—first mechanically for 4 days in a temperature-controlled environment, then for 18 days on raised beds. It is homogenized for 30 days in plastic bags.ROASTER'S OPINIONOne of those coffees where you take the first sip and specific descriptors come to the tongue faster than you can consciously think of them. In our case: mango-passion fruit yogurt, without a doubt!ROYAL BEANSWhat’s behind the name Royal Beans? If Speciality beans are the pinnacle of coffee, our Royal Beans reach the Himalayas! In this series, we present the very top of the coffee pyramid, the crème de la crème, as precious as crown jewels. Anaerobic, Gesha, Nanolot, Lychee – what does it mean to go beyond the ordinary? – Royal Beans is a selection of coffees chosen by us from various roasters – they share exceptional flavor, limited production, unique processing methods, and the highest quality. A treat for coffee connoisseurs (and those aspiring to be)!Store in a cold and dry space.

Harmonious. The beans come from T’xayalaj, a small family-run farm in Huehuetenango, managed by Maria Perez Morales. Maria and her husband bought the land around a dozen years ago. When Diego left to find work abroad, she took over the farm and began developing it together with their children. Under her leadership, the farm produced its first specialty lots. While each of Guatemala’s eight coffee regions contains countless microclimates, each with its own character, Maria’s coffee reflects what we value most in classic washed Guatemalas: a comfort cup you can keep coming back to without overthinking it.Store in a cold and dry space.

MAMAM - Peru Juver Santacruz Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: MAMAM

Roasting date: 16.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Peru, roasted by MAMAM roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The flavour of the brew resembles orange flowers, mango and melon.Origin: PeruRegion: CajamarcaFarm: Juver SantacruzVariety: Red & Yellow Caturra, BourbonProcessing: WashedAltitude: 2000 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 89 / 100 ABOUT THE FARMTwo brothers are the protagonists of this lot: Jesus and Lizandro Llatas Santacruz. They live in Queromarca, a small town in the Callayuc district, province of Cutervo and Cajamarca region. Callayuc has all the conditions to grow fantastic coffee: fertile soils, altitude that range from 1600 to 2000 masl, good cup varieties (mainly red and yellow Caturra, but also bourbon, Typica) but it is more and more affected by droughts. So farmers have had to adjust to the conditions and as a consequence the use of water is limited. On top of that, they have been fermenting their coffees into closed environments (often thick plasticbags under shade) to allow yeasts to form and add a distinctive fruity profile to their cups. Of course they supervise the levels of fermentation to avoid defects. The story of the Santacruz brothers fits within many farmers in Peru as they used to sell their entire crops to local buyers that would arrive at their farm door and take the bags away at a cheap price. Now they deliver their coffee to Cultivar, where after through quality control they receive a much higher price for it. This gap in price is a great help in their income that they complement with growing cattle. Cajamarca is very well known for its cattle culture, providing the region with an abundant amount of cheese, milk and beef.As for the future of the Santacruz family and their coffee business we have very good hopes. Jesus, one of the brothers, has recently bought a few extra hectares of land with the idea to plant more exotic and delicate varieties like Geisha and he is a good representation of the younger generation of farmers that will take the lead in the coffee production in the years to come in Cajamarca.ROASTER'S OPINIONSuper floral and sweet coffee that reminds us slightly of the Geisha botanical variety, even though it isn't one.RECIPE V6016g of coffee250g of water 96°CMedium Grind Size 1. Put a paper filter in your V60 and rinse it with hot water ( 96C ). It will preheat your drip brewer and gets rid of a paper taste from the filter. Grind your beans just before you brew and add the coffee to the drip brewer. Gently distribute your coffee into the center of your V60.4. Place your V60 on a vessel on a scale and make sure that your water is 96 C.5. Tare your scale and start the timer.6. Add 50 grams of water. Your coffee will begin to bloom.7. At 30 seconds, add more water up to 100 grams. Pour the water slow, gently and in clockwise circles.8. At 00:50 pour hot water to 200g. 9. At 01:10 pour hot water to 250g.10. Swirl your V60 and let the coffee drip. 11. The water should have drained in around 3:00. You may need to change your grind setting, when the coffee finishes to brew too quickly or too long. COFFEE PLANT - Peru Ismeria Leon Washed Filter 250 g

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Peru, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of green apple, grapes, caramel and cranberry.Origin: PeruRegion: CallayucFarma: La LucumaProcessing: Fully washedVariety: CaturraAltitude: 2250 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThis coffee comes from Ismeria Leon, who manages a 2-hectare farm in the village of Santa Teresa, situated at an impressive altitude of 2250 m a.s.l. Such extreme conditions — high sun exposure combined with cool temperatures — promote slow fruit ripening and the development of high-quality Arabica. The farm is located in the Callayuc region, within the Cutervo province (Cajamarca), one of the historical coffee-growing areas in northern Peru. This terrain stretches from approximately 690 to over 2800 m a.s.l., creating incredibly diverse microclimates — from fertile valleys to humid, tropical zones with high biodiversity.Ismeria Leon, like other local producers, manages her crops in strict harmony with nature, utilizing naturally fertile soils and favorable climatic conditions. The area also features characteristic landscape elements, such as the Viluco waterfall and the Cerro Pabellon mountains and the Cordillera del Wissus range, which contribute to the region's unique ecosystem. It is this combination of altitude, climate, and biodiversity that gives Callayuc coffee its distinct, complex, and characteristic profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThe location of the La Lucuma farm is truly exceptional — over 2200 m a.s.l. is an altitude rarely encountered in Peruvian coffee cultivation. These extreme conditions favor slow fruit maturation and the building of a complex flavor profile. The Caturra variety is also not among the most common there — it accounts for about 20% of total coffee production in Peru, which makes lots of this type even more interesting and unique. Peru as an origin is often underestimated and overlooked by consumers, which is why we regularly try to include at least one coffee from this country in our offer. This time, it is the beans from Ismeria Leon.In the aroma, the coffee is fresh and fruity — green apple clearly dominates, complemented by delicate cranberry and caramel sweetness. On the palate, the profile remains very consistent: juicy apple appears in the foreground, enveloped in caramel, with hints of cranberry and grape. The whole has a medium, round body and low, smooth acidity reminiscent of an unripe apple. The sweetness is high and caramelly, and the aftertaste is medium-long, pleasantly sweet, and balanced. This is a coffee with very good balance and a clean profile — definitely an example of how good Peru can be.RECIPEWe recommend brewing this coffee using a dripper — from Hario or Origami. Due to the very high density of the beans, we recommend a finer grind than usual, a longer brewing time, and a temperature around 96 degrees Celsius.Store in a dry and cool place.

The company was founded by Syoum and Emame, and is currently run by their grandchildren. Bette Buna is committed to improving the quality of life for its community members – it teaches local farmers how to improve soil quality, restore agroforestry systems, and understand the importance of harvesting ripe cherries. Ripe cherries weigh more and yield better coffee, so farmers receive higher pay per kilogram, as well as a quality premium. The company also distributes over 350,000 seedlings from its own nursery every year.Fun fact: The coffee underwent a decaffeination process at the Coffein Compagnie using a solution of water and ethyl acetate, which occurs naturally in sugar cane, coffee, and fruits. In several stages, caffeine was gently and selectively extracted from the beans, allowing the green coffee to retain a profile closely linked to the original batch.Store in a cold and dry space.

At the same time, it serves as a knowledge center for local farmers.By the way, we actually made a mistake here ourselves, one that we usually warn against. Robusta is just one of the varieties of the Canephora species. And in this particular bag, you will find beans of a different Canephora variety – Kaweri. The brew resembles the flavour of plum, wine acidity and papaya.Origin: Costa RicaRegion: Chirripó, BruncaFarm: Corazón de Jesus Variety: Blend, peaberryProcessing: Anaerobic NaturalAltitude: 1680-1880 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 86 / 100ABOUT THE FARMThe Corazón de Jesús farm, managed by Jhon Alvarado and his family in the Chirripó (Brunca) region of Costa Rica, spans approximately 16 hectares across several plots, including Finca La Torre, Los Toños, and El Salitre. The project has been developing since the early 2010s, when the family transitioned from growing vegetables to producing specialty coffee. A key step was the launch of their own processing station in 2015, which was expanded in 2025, allowing them to take full control over production and the preparation of beans for export.Production is based on a "variety-driven" approach, meaning the creation of microlots by variety and specific plots. The crops are dominated by both classic varieties, such as Caturra and Catuai, as well as more demanding and highly valued ones, including Gesha, SL28, Ethiopia 47, and Java. This approach allows them to precisely match the processing methods to the characteristics of the raw material and maximize the sensory potential of each lot.The farm utilizes a wide range of processing methods: from classic washed and honey to more advanced natural, anaerobic, and extended fermentation processes. Fermentations are conducted under controlled conditions, often in sealed tanks, with the duration and parameters precisely tailored to specific varieties. Drying takes place mainly on raised beds and patios, and the entire process – from harvesting to stabilization and dry milling – is strictly monitored. The result of this approach is coffee with high clarity and a complex profile: from elegant, clean Geshas and structured honeys to intense, controlled anaerobics with distinct fruitiness and winey notes. The quality of production is confirmed by numerous successes in the Cup of Excellence competition, where the farm has placed at the top multiple times, including first place in 2025.Our beans are a selection of peaberry, sourced from the coffees that won awards in this year's Cup of Excellence. Peaberry is a naturally occurring type of bean – about 10-15% of coffee beans do not split in half but remain as a single whole. Traditionally, they are separated from the rest for the consistency of the lot. In our experience, peaberry beans can have an incredibly clean and balanced profile, which is undoubtedly the case here.ROASTER'S OPINIONWe have been dreaming of a coffee like this for a long time – fruity, with a touch of fermentation and a slightly winey character. Very ripe fruit with a tropical kick. Sweet, complex, you can start every single day with it!Store in a cold and dry space.

But as it happens, until now these were mainly anaerobic, extended natural, and similar processes. In other words, the kind where the processing itself heavily influences the coffee's character. This time, however, we are offering you a washed coffee from Indonesia – it allows you to truly taste the origin.Frinsa is an estate that has been operating since 2010. It is run by a married couple, Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas. It consists of six farms with a total area of 105 hectares and its own washing station with a laboratory for anaerobic processing. Since its inception, the estate has focused on quality coffees. Initially, this was primarily related to producing coffees using the washed process, which is rare in Indonesia. Later, experimental processes were added to the mix. Thanks to the experience of the Mustofa and Mustikaningtyas couple and continuous investment in infrastructure, these coffees are always of the highest standard.ROASTER'S OPINIONThis is our first washed bean from Indonesia. And what a hit right off the bat. Very sweet, with a dense, buttery body. Spices, herbs, caramel. Once you finish a cup, you'll immediately think about the next one.Store in a dry and cool place.

Anaerobic processing delivers an amazing array of flavour, from guava, mango, and strawberry, to dark chocolate and cola. The texture is well structured on the palate, the deep sweetness is balanced by citric acidity. Fruity sweetness that really lingers on the palate.ABOUT THE FARMEl Vergel is a family operation of two brothers, Elias and Shady, and their mother Marta. Located in Fresno, Tolima, they started as an avocado farm. In 2012 both brothers saw the opportunity to utilise their land to grow specialty coffee. Situated on the slopes of the snowcapped Nevado del Ruiz volcano, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate. Starting with Caturra and Castillo, it was not long before they started expanding their collection of varietals to fully explore the amazing terroir at their disposal. Soon, they were planting Tabi, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, and Gesha, to name a few. Through experimentation and collaboration, the Bayter family have sought to discover new expressions of Colombia flavour and are renowned for their adaptation of modern processing techniques.THE PROCESSGuava Banana coffee begins with the careful selection of ripe Red and Yellow Caturra cherries. The cherries first undergo a 48 to 60-hour anaerobic fermentation, bringing intense character to the profile. The whole cherries are then dried in the sun on covered raised beds - ""Marquesina"" - until they reach 30% moisture. Then, the cherries are moved to mechanical drying in circular dryers at temperatures below 45°C until they achieve 18%-16% moisture. After a pre-stabilisation stall to intensify flavours, the drying process is completed until optimal moisture is achieved. The beans are then stabilised for 45 days in GrainPro bags, ensuring consistency and quality.Store in a cold and dry space.

The farm is run by Senel Campos along with his son Alan, managing three estates spread across the steep terrains of southern Costa Rica.Senel Campos' story is a tale of consistency and gradual development. He grew up in Pérez Zeledón under difficult conditions, sharing a small house with his siblings and often going to school hungry. Despite limited opportunities, he and his family built a project based on high-quality specialty coffee production and an increasingly precise approach to processing.Over the past decade, the processes on the farm have evolved from simple, basic methods to consciously controlled production of honey and natural process lots. Coffees from La Toboba are characterized by a very low number of defects and high consistency in quality. This specific lot of the Catigua variety was subjected to the natural process, which brings out notes of walnut, mandarin, and sugar cane in the cup.
