The new generation of award-winning Fellow grinder is here! What's new?Updated brew burrs (Gen 2 Brew Burrs) that were designed specifically for Ode by VP of R&D and Certified Q Grader Nick Terzulli. The Gen 2 Brew Burrs are capable of grinding as fine as 250 microns, while the Standard Brew Burrs that come stock in the original Ode Brew Grinder can grind as fine as 500 microns.Anti-static technology, which helps to reduce the static from freshly ground coffee. This reduces the retention of coffee grounds in the grinder from ~1g to as low as 0.1g, so there is much less grind mess than the original Ode Brew Grinder.A larger and redesigned hopper and catch cup that can hold 100g of coffee.Fellow Ode Gen 2 combines great design with functionality:The grind adjustment wheel is located on the front dial. Finer grinding provides higher extraction and enables you to brew more balanced, sweeter coffee with a higher body.PID System guarantees stable and smooth work.Automatic shut off. The motor will turn off automatically after grinding. The system detects when the hopper is empty and turns off the grinder. The hopper holds up to 100 grams of coffee beans - designed as a single dose hopper. Also, it has been redesigned - now it as steeper angles to help feed beans down the chute for speedier grinding. The grounds container is made of aluminum. A magnet on its bottom makes it easy to place the container on the base of the grinder. A knocker known from professional grinders helps to get rid of all the grounds - in result, the retention of the grinder is extremely low.Quiet grind noise thanks to high-quality materials to ditching the noisy gearbox. The body is elegant and solid, made of aluminum and plastic.Small dimensions allow you to place the grinder almost anywhere.Dimensions (D x W x H) 23,9 cm x 10,5 cm x 24,8 cm.220V, EU plug. This product comes with EU Type C/F plug. COFFEELAB - Colombia Nogales Experimental Decaf Filter 200 g

Manufacturer: COFFEELAB

Roasting date: 02.02.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted in Warsaw by CoffeeLab. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In the cup, you can expect the hints of peach, papaia and lemon zest.Origin: ColombiaRegion: HuilaFarm: NogalesVariety: CaturraProcessing: Experimental DecafAltitude: 1600 - 2000 m a. s. l.With this coffee, a little caution is advised. Although it will not put you on your feet, it is a ticking fruit bomb. Decaf coffees have long had their place on our shelves and in our hearts, but this one quickly turned our habits upside down. From the very first encounter, it delivered a juicy punch straight to the taste buds. Is this really a decaf? This fruity? This expressive? We could not walk past it indifferently, nor resist sharing what the renowned Nogales farm is doing with caffeine free coffee. Nogales is a family run farm led today by Oscar Hernandez, a third generation farmer from Huila, who has been breaking coffee conventions for years, a mindset confirmed by a Cup of Excellence win in 2006.For the sensory description, we limited ourselves to three descriptors, although the truth is that the profile could easily hold almost an entire palette of Mamba like flavours. The cup is complex and intense, hard to confuse with anything else. A pronounced sweetness is supported by well balanced acidity and a round body. If you enjoy fruit forward profiles, avoid caffeine and do not want to give up either, these beans are made for you.The processing begins in a classic way. Hand harvesting, flotation to separate only ripe cherries, followed by 24 hours of fermentation and thorough washing. The coffee is then gently dried on raised beds until it reaches the desired moisture level.Only then does the decaffeination begin. First, the beans are immersed for four hours in hot water at 40°C, allowing the caffeine to be extracted. This step is repeated twice. Next, a natural must is used, an extract obtained from the husk and pulp of the coffee cherry. The entire process relies solely on components derived from the coffee itself. Finally, the beans are washed once more and dried again, preserving clarity in the cup and the coffee’s natural sweetness.

These natural advantages, combined with Julio’s focus on precision and experimentation, result in coffees that consistently deliver complexity, balance, and elegance in the cup.Julio’s commitment to quality is deeply rooted in tradition, yet strengthened by a modern and scientific approach to coffee processing. We’ve been working with Hellen for three years now, thanks to Nicolas, who exports coffees from Costa Rica. Last year I had the pleasure of driving up the most winding and bumpy road to the top of a mountain where Hellen’s house and farm are located. We got there in a car Nico had borrowed from his mom, because his had broken down the day before. At some point his mom’s little SUV simply couldn’t make it any further, so Hellen drove down in her big pickup truck and towed us the rest of the way up.First she fed us, then she showed us the farm and told us its story. After the walk she prepared a cupping where she presented eight of her coffees. A cupping in the kitchen while rice and beans are cooking right next to you? Why not.The coffees were phenomenal. And that Geisha? That’s the coffee that’s been appearing in my dreams ever since I came back from Costa Rica. Lots of tropical fruit, but without the kind of fermentation often associated with coffees from this country. Notes of banana and pineapple, plenty of red, sweet wine, currants, and everything beautifully structured and right where it should be.I’m very happy that we’re also presenting such an exceptional coffee as an espresso. It’s the essence of that trip in a cup: sweetness, tropical fruit, bright acidity supported by deep sweetness. One of the warmest memories from that journey returns every time we roast and brew this coffee. I invite you to join me on this trip.

The cup is filled with notes of maple syrup, wine and dates.Country: RwandaRegion: Southern ProvinceProcessing: Anaerobic NaturalVarietal: BourbonCupping score: 87 / 100Altitude: 1700 m a.s.l.ABOUT COFFEEAn exceptional lot of single-farm coffees from Rwanda, carefully selected and processed separately at Ngoma station to preserve full traceability to the JMV farm. This is quite rare in a country where most coffees are typically blends from many small farms.Ngoma CWS (co-owned by MIG Coffee and CBC) chose an anaerobic natural process to further highlight the potential of this lot. The cherries fermented for about 12 days (around 300 hours) under controlled conditions and were then slowly dried on raised beds for 35 days until reaching 12% moisture. The result? A deep, intense profile with notes of maple syrup, red wine, and dried dates, a dense texture, and a long, liqueur-like finish.Today, Rwanda is one of the strongest origins in the specialty coffee world, a country built on the work of more than 400,000 small producers, where quality and transparency increasingly go hand in hand with real support for farmers.Perfect for pour-over brewing methods as well as bold, wine-like espresso.A limited lot from Nyamasheke, created for fans of intense, fermented naturals.

Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The cup is filled with notes of grapes, rum and hazelnut.Country: NicaraguaRegion: Nueva SegoviaFarm: Bridazul Processing: Carbonic MacerationVarietal: Caturra, CatuaiCupping score: 88 / 100Altitude: 1650 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMBridazul is not a single plantation but rather a mill and drying station located just outside the city of Ocotal in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua. From the very beginning, Bridazul has acted as a link between farmers and roasters. Producers deliver their coffee cherries here, while the Bridazul team handles processing, quality control, and matching coffees with the right buyers without ever taking ownership of the raw product. This allows small farmers to focus on cultivation, while buyers gain access to unique microlots that might otherwise never leave the region. What sets this place apart is its exceptionally advanced approach to fermentation and drying. Years of collecting data, testing temperatures, fermentation times, and slow drying techniques have given Bridazul a far wider range of processing methods than most standard mills in the region. Processes here are designed with a specific flavor profile in mind rather than maximum efficiency.Little Red Riding Hood is an example of this approach. In 2020, Tim Willems from Bridazul noticed that several experimental batches were too small to export individually. Instead of discarding them, they were combined into a cohesive whole. This decision led to the creation of the Bridazul Blends line, and with it, this particular composition.ABOUT THE COFFEEThe coffee comes from several farms around Dipilto and Mozonte, including El Avion, Los Pirineos, and La Bendición, located at elevations between 1400 and 1650 meters above sea level. The blend features the Caturra and Catuai varieties and undergoes Carbonic Maceration fermentation. The cherries ferment briefly in small batches under controlled conditions to highlight fresh, fruit-forward notes. They are then dried on shaded African beds, spread in thin layers to preserve fruit intensity and maintain a clean, elegant cup structure.Bridazul and Little Red Riding Hood demonstrate how technology, experience, and collaboration with local farmers can create a coffee that is not a random blend but a thoughtfully crafted story captured in a cup.

In Burundi, coffee is typically grown on micro-farms, often in small plots next to family homes. The coffee cherries arrive at the station on the day of harvest, where they undergo water flotation sorting, hand selection, and classic washed processing. Fermentation in clean water lasts 10–12 hours, after which the coffee is thoroughly washed and dried on raised beds for 2–3 weeks. Each lot remains fully traceable. The result in the cup is a clean, elegant profile typical of high-altitude Burundi coffees: red currant, vanilla, and black tea.A sweet, clear coffee with a tea-like structure and juicy acidity. Ideal for pour-over brewing methods as well as a light, fruit-forward espresso.Burundi remains one of Africa’s most underrated origins, and Yandaro shows exactly why it is increasingly appearing on the map of the world’s best specialty coffees.

This doesn't mean they are "small," but rather that they grow coffee on small plots of land (usually less than 2 hectares) and do not process it themselves. The harvested coffee cherries are sent to cooperatives that handle further processing at local washing stations. This is where the cherries are turned into "washed coffee."In this case, the coffee cherries are collected by the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society, and their processing takes place at the Kaguyu factory, managed by Wilson Wanjohi. The coffee is processed using the washed method. Once delivered, the cherries are pulped to extract the seeds, fermented overnight, then washed, soaked, and dried on raised tables. The mineral-rich, red volcanic soil and the varieties used (SL-34, Ruiru 11, SL-28, Batian) give it a distinctive flavor profile: intense sweetness, high acidity, and blueberry notes.Historical Fact: Coffee arrived in Kenya only at the end of the 19th century, during the colonial era when the British began establishing plantations. Interestingly, for a long time, local farmers were not allowed to grow coffee legally. It wasn't until the 1930s that they were permitted to produce it for themselves, which today forms the foundation of Kenya's specialty coffee scene and remains a major contribution to the country's budget.
Heresy - Rwanda Cyiya Washed FIilter 252 g

Roasting date: 03.03.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Rwanda, roasted by Heresy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of red fruits, citrus fruits, tea, herbs, caramel and yellow fruits.Origin: RwandaRegion: NyamashekeFarm: CyiyaProcessing: WashedAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE FARM AND THE COFFEE PRODUCERHere we have Rwanda’s Western Province and the legendary Nyamasheke growing region. Much like in Kenya, the volcanic soil here is extremely rich in minerals and nutrients, which translates directly into a complex and sweet cup profile. Bourbon is produced here by nearly 500 smallholder farmers living around the washing station. Nearby lies Nyungwe National Park, known for its pristine forests and a significant protected population of gorillas. The water used during processing comes from a natural spring.Cyiya supports its local community in several ways, including providing training for producers and distributing coffee seedlings and shade trees free of charge. At the same time, it promotes environmental protection through conservation programs and wastewater treatment initiatives.ABOUT THE COFFEE PROCESSING AT THE FARMThe Bourbon variety is hand-picked and undergoes an initial selection before being delivered to the mill. The next stage involves soaking the cherries in water to separate the under-ripe ones, which float to the surface instead of sinking. After the beans are separated from the fruit, they undergo fermentation in tanks for 18 hours, followed by washing and drying on raised beds for approximately two weeks.ROASTER'S OPINIONEvery year we get excited about fresh Rwandan coffees and pack these beautiful beans into jars. It’s like a lemonade-style, fruity compote where all the layers come together in such perfect synergy that we end up gulping it down by the liters.
