The grinder boasts patented S2C890 five-axis conical burrs, made from high-carbon stainless steel SUS440. These burrs are exceptionally precise, improving the cutting of the beans and reducing their crushing during grinding. This design ensures greater grinding precision and less coffee fines.
Dual Grind Adjustment
The Timemore S3 handles uniform grinding for all brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over. It features an external grind adjustment ring similar to those used in camera lenses. Smooth adjustment, fluid sound feedback, and a satisfying mechanical sensation. One click changes the burr setting by 0.015 mm, and each full rotation consists of 90 clicks.
Stable Axis
The S3 model is equipped with bearings in two places, providing good stabilization and smooth rotation. This setup makes it easier to grind even hard, lightly roasted beans and ensures more uniform grinding.
High-Quality Construction
