This model was produced by Hario in collaboration with Tachikichi, a brand of Japanese and Western ceramics founded in Kyoto in 1752. Tachikichi creates tableware while preserving the aesthetics and traditional techniques that have been used for centuries. The teapot is decorated with one of the representative painting styles of Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki. It vividly depicts cloud-like cherry blossoms and beautiful brocade-like autumn leaves.
Hario Tea Pitcher is an easy-to-use classic that never goes out of style. Just pour loose leaf tea inside, add hot water, wait a few minutes, and that's it. You can keep the mesh filter inside or take it out. The mesh separates the tea particles for clear infusion. The mesh filter is made of stainless steel.
The glass vessel is resistant to high temperatures and has a big top hole, making it easy to clean the pitcher. The handle does not heat up, making it easily to hold the press full of hot contents.
