Coffee Spots Polska 2024/25 - Agnieszka Bukowska i Krzysiek Rzyman
(TAX included)
This is the largest knowledge base in the history of Polish coffee. 300 cafes, dozens of restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, and specialty coffee bars, with conclusions drawn from collected data and predictions about upcoming trends. A must-have for travelers, those in the hospitality industry, and all coffee enthusiasts.
What's inside?
Is there a recipe for the perfect café design? How many places already serve matcha and plant-based milk? Is it worth investing in mocktails and decaf? Can a café operate solely on coffee? What's the future of pop-ups? These are just some of the questions the guidebook answers. The book makes exploring cafés easier with divisions by cities, districts, and neighborhoods, as well as detailed labels that will help everyone find exactly what they're looking for: good design, exceptional coffee quality, specific brewing methods, breakfast, matcha, or free plant-based milk alternatives.
Design
Coffee Spots Polska is not only a vast knowledge base with practical applications but also boasts beautiful design. Beata Śliwińska Barrakuz, the designer, set designer, and collage mastermind, as in the previous edition, is responsible for the cover. Gracja Zegarowicz, who handled the layout, is responsible for the graphic design of projects like "Ja i moje przyjaciółki idiotki" by Joanna Okuniewska, "Małe końce świata" by Justyna Mazur, and the "Sztuka pobytu" album by Travelicious. Portraits and studio photos featured in the book are credited to Paula Patocka.
