Brew as much coffee as you need
With Wilfa Svart Performance you decide how much coffee to brew. Just pour in as much water as you want to brew with. There is no need to change the settings or program the amount of water. You can pour 250ml for a cup of coffee or even a litre to brew a whole pot. It's a great solution if sometimes you make coffee just for yourself, and other times for two or four people. For ease of use, the scale on the water tank helps you determine the number of scoops of coffee needed for a given amount of water.
Perfect brewing temperature
Wilfa Svart Performance maintains the optimum coffee brewing temperature between 92 and 96 degrees Celsius. The coffee machine is certified by the European Coffee Brewing Center (ECBC), which only awards devices with specific parameters. The result of the right brewing temperature is the correct taste of coffee. The device quickly reaches the required temperature, thanks to which the brewing process takes about 4-6 minutes.
Water flow control
Wilfa Svart Performance is equipped with a brewing basket with adjustable drip-stop. The flow through filter can be fully, partially or completely closed. The open flow allows standard brewing, which is convenient for beginners. More advanced users can experiment with the brewing time. In addition, the drip-stop prevents coffee from dripping after removing the jug.
Easy cleaning
An indicator informs you when it is time to clean the machine. In addition, the water tank is removable, which also makes cleaning and refilling easier. The stainless steel body is also easy to clean and its minimalist design catches the eye. Wilfa Classic+ is compatible with Melitta 1x4 filters.
