Organic Japanese sencha green leaf tea by Brown House & Tea. It grows in a bio garden located in the Shizuoka prefecture in Japan. The unique, mountain climate, and a long-lasting, fresh flavour with a delicate tartness, emphasizing the character of green tea.
Japan Sencha comes from ecological gardens located at an altitude of over 1500 meters above sea level. The high mountain climate of Shizuoka region guarantees the right temperature and amount of rainfall.
In spring, sencha leaves are hand-picked by local farmers and then treated with hot steam. This process allows you to stop fermentation, thanks to which the leaves retain their intense green color, and classic, refined taste.
Japanese sencha leaves are rich in strong antioxidants (tannins and catechins), which fight the multiplication of free radicals, which are responsible for the aging process of the body. Japan Sencha is also a bomb of valuable vitamins and organic compounds that add energy, while not causing excessive stimulation of the body.
The infusion has a very nice, light green colour with a classic, quite expressive taste of fresh leaves, without a feeling of bitterness.

Tea – 2 g
Temperature – 70°C
Water – 180 ml
Time – 1,5 - 2 min
You can brew it several times.
