Preparation:
The simplest version: Add the teabag to a glass (about 200 ml) of hot water and let it brew for about 10-15 minutes.
Version for those who have more time: Add the teabag to cold water (1 cup of water for 1 tea bag). Cover and put in the fridge for 8-12 hours and you will get a delicious herbal cold brew.
