Dworzysk Rozgrzej Się is a warming herbal mixture. The infusion helps to survive the cold days. Rowan fruits and blackberry leaves contain a lot of vitamin C and mineral salts. Lavender is used to support the organism during general states weakness and exhaustion. Clove and cinnamon have anti-inflammatory and warming properties. According to folk medicine, the plants included in this mixture regulate the digestive system, stimulate digestion, and are used with reduced appetite. It is a good tea to drink when we feel the first symptoms of a cold.



Ingredients: rowan fruit, lavender flower 20%, blackberry leaf, cinnamon bark, clove flower, mulberry leaf, bilberry leaf.



Recipes:


Hot drink infusion: Add a flat teaspoon of herbs, pour boiling waterr (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 10 minutes. It also tastes good with the addition of ginger and honey. We recommend brewing the mixture directly in the mug, without the brewing unit. Rowan, cinnamon and cloves give their aromas for a long time, and if left in a mug while drinking, they improve the taste of the infusion.
