Three types of mint and chamomile create this unique blend. The mild, delicate but bitter taste of chamomile is complemented by the fresh, intense, slightly spicy taste of mint, giving the effect of penetration and a unique aroma. The amount of each ingredient has been carefully selected so that the taste is balanced and the health effect is 100%. Both herbs come from Egypt, so they taste a bit different.
Brewing method: Pour water (220 ml) at 95 °C over a teaspon of tea and let it brew for 5 minutes.
