This is the case. But don't worry, the siphon is an extremely simple device invented at the beginning of the 19th century.  Technica combines beautiful workmanship, minimalist design and amazing functionality! The syphon works using the basic laws of physics. Fill the lower chamber with water which, when heated, flows to the upper chamber with ground beans. After a few minutes, disconnect the heat source and your coffee will flow through the filter into the lower chamber. It is ready! Chasen in hand, vigorously whisk your matcha from the wrist in m-shaped, not circular, motion. In about 20 seconds your bowl should be filled with a perfect jade-green foam. You can add more water now if you like your matcha to be less strong.Mixing your matcha with a milk frother is just as easy. Add a flat teaspoon of matcha (1,5g) to a cup or glass and pour over with 100ml of hot water. Mix well and add more water. 1 teaspoon will usually give you 200-250ml of matcha drink. Just like with coffee, some people like to drink a strong matcha espresso, others prefer to add more water. You can also mix matcha with juice or milk.

The grinder is designed and built with attention to every detail - it is aesthetic and made of durable materials, with its heart being a steel burr. The Sculptor 078S is also functional - it offers convenient and precise grinding adjustment, as well as motor speed adjustment. BURR AND GRINDING ADJUSTMENT The Timemore Sculptor 078S is equipped with 78 mm diameter steel flat burrs. The burrs in the S version are suitable for fine grinding required for, and at the same time provide high uniformity for pour over. The particle size distribution of the ground coffee mainly ranges from 400 to 800 μm, ensuring exceptionally consistent grinding. Grind thickness adjustment is convenient and quick - it is done by turning the dial located on the front. The dial is clearly marked with 36 steps, and the setting is stepless. MOTOR The Timemore Sculptor 078S is equipped with a brushless motor with PID control and Hall components, that can only be found in products from reputable brands. Compared to brushed motors, brushless motors rotate without contacting the stator, therefore characterized by zero friction, resulting in longer lifespan and more stable operation (no shaking during operation).
