Brewing method:
HOT INFESION FOR DRINKING. Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of the herb (approx. 250 ml), cover and steep for 5 minutes. After brewing, set aside to cool for 3-5 minutes. We recommend brewing the mixture directly in the cup, without an infuser. Pine buds and elderberries release their aroma for a long time, and left in a cup while drinking improve the taste of the infusion. Brewing under cover and stirring the infusion after brewing causes the herbs to fall to the bottom of the cup.
COLD HERBAL LEMONADE. Pour boiling water over two tablespoons of the herb (approx. 250 ml) and infuse covered for 15 minutes. When the infusion cools down, strain the herbs and fill it up to a liter with cold water. The infusion tastes best well chilled, you can add ice cubes. It also tastes good with honey.
COLD BREW. Pour two heaping tablespoons of the mixture with 1 liter of cold water and leave in the refrigerator overnight. After 10 hours we receive a refreshing herbal drink.
