Rooibos infusion by HAYB. Its leaves resemble pine needles. Rooibos is not tea plant, therefore the infusion does not contain caffeine or tannins. The green rooibos comes from the same plant as the red rooibos, it differs only in the way the leaves are processed after harvest. Green rooibos is not fermented, so its infusion is lighter, with hints of citrus.The infusion is golden in colour, with a distinctive and spicy aroma. Thanks to the presence of red and white pepper and ginger, the taste of the brew is slightly spicy, but leaves some sweetness on the tongue. You can infuse it twice, with longer second brewing. The taste of the next infusion becomes milder, with notes of vanilla and lemon.Due to its spicy taste, it works very well in the fall and winter season. Green tea from HAYB. Japanese sencha is a bit more complex - there is more going on in it than in Chinese sencha. And this one is even MORE, because premium means something more, which is why teas from this series have greater complexity and offer more interesting taste sensations - help yourself, you'll feel it! Sencha Fukujyu is a classicJapanese sencha - intense and grassy, something like tea broth. This tea grows on the slopes of the Fujiyama Mountains and is harvested in autumn, the stems are mechanically removed by hand, leaving only the leaves. It is carefully processed and slightly steamed before rolling and drying. The leaf acquires a very smooth and delicate structure. If you like Japanese sencha, this one will be a good choice.The infusion has a shimmering, light olive green color. A distinctive taste with a dominant green aftertaste - grassiness, appreciated by sencha lovers.Ingredients: 100% loose leaf green tea.

Yellow tea from HAYB. It comes from the Simao region of Yunnan Province. The production of Huang Ya Yellow Tips starts with the so-called "firing" in the wok. This allows the enzymes to be fermented. The leaves are then gently wrapped in a cloth so that the leaves dry naturally for a few hours. This process is repeated to obtain high-quality yellow tea.Yellow tea is low in caffeine, so you can drink it in the evening and give it to children. It tastes good when brewed traditionally hot and cold.Ingredients: yellow tea (100%).
