Instead, you'll find a rich, chocolatey flavor with subtle notes of spices, walnuts, and a delicate fruitiness. Perfect for a cacao ceremony, it can be prepared with hot water, providing a truly unique experience.
The beans for this 100% dark ground chocolate come from farms in the central mountains of Vietnam.
Preparation:
The recommended ratio is 1:7.5, meaning 1 part of ground chocolate to 7.5 parts of dairy or plant-based milk.
Ingredients: roasted ground cocoa beans. Ground cocoa mass from 100% cocoa beans.
