Here, it went through another stage of processing—wine maceration.Maceration preserved the natural sweetness of the Brazilian beans while enriching them with wine aromas that give the brew exceptional depth and freshness, adding an extra pleasant acidity. The raw beans were macerated for 24 hours in a blend of three Iberian wines—Spanish Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, and a Portuguese rosé Syrah. This combination gave the coffee its characteristic aroma and delicate wine notes, which remain even after roasting. During roasting, the alcohol evaporates completely, leaving behind a wine-inspired sensory profile.This is a coffee that contains no alcohol but still carries the refined wine character in which it matured—fruity, light, and elegant.
