BemyBean - Colombia El Recreo Anaerobic Natural Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: BEMYBEAN

Roasting date: 11.06.2026

A whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Colombia roasted by BeMyBean from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of forest fruits, currant juice, cherry brandy, wild rose flower, mirabelle plum and quince.Origin: ColombiaRegion: HuilaFarm: El RecreoProcessing: Anaerobic Natural Variety: CastilloAltitude: 1550 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEColombia El Recreo is one of those coffees that show the full potential of modern anaerobic natural processing from the very first sip. Intense, juicy, and multidimensional — it tastes like thick blackcurrant juice with a touch of drunken cherry, elderflower syrup, and rosehip. In the cup, you will find plenty of fruity sweetness, depth, and a slightly winey character that develops beautifully as it cools. This batch is exceptionally intense and expressive. The aroma alone resembles a thick fruit liqueur: wild berries, currant juice, drunken cherry, and rosehip flowers. The flavor also features the characteristic sweetness of elderflower syrup, giving the whole profile an almost tea-like and floral finish.ABOUT THE PROCESSINGThis incredibly juicy profile is primarily the result of the anaerobic natural process — a method that requires immense control and experience. Only ripe, red coffee cherries are used after harvesting. Next, the whole cherries are placed in tightly sealed bags, where they ferment for 100 to 120 hours in an oxygen-free environment. The absence of oxygen completely changes the course of fermentation — different groups of microorganisms develop, creating compounds responsible for more winey, intensely fruity, and floral flavor notes. After the fermentation is complete, the cherries are spread out on raised drying beds. There, the coffee dries for about 15–20 days. During drying, the cherries are regularly turned to ensure the process runs evenly and without the risk of over-fermentation or the appearance of unwanted notes. It is this long and controlled drying that stabilizes the flavor profile and preserves the immense intensity of the aromas while maintaining a clean cup.The result? A coffee that tastes a bit like fruity red wine, a bit like premium currant juice, and a bit like a dessert with floral syrup. Fresh, syrupy, and highly aromatic. Perfect for those looking for intense sensations, high sweetness, and fermentary depth in alternative brewing methods, but without the alcoholic or barrel-aged notes.Store in a cold and dry space.

Trigger - Colombia Pitalito Co-fermented Rose Tea Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: TRIGGER

Roasting date: 18.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Colombia, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of rose tea.Country: ColombiaRegion: PitalitoFarm: AmberaProcessing: Co-fermented Rose TeaAltitude: 1400-1700 m a.s.l.Variety: Pink BourbonCupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEFloral, delicate, and with a clarity that makes every sip feel intentional. It stands out for its notes of rose and almond, while remaining clean and very pleasant in taste. This lot comes from the Ambera estate in Pitalito in the Huila department, one of the most dynamic specialty coffee growing regions in southern Colombia. This region is located between the Andean mountain ranges, at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters above sea level, where lower temperatures and volcanic soils slow down the ripening of the coffee cherries and promote dense, high-quality beans. This Pink Bourbon lot is processed using co-fermentation with rose tea, which enhances the natural floral character of this variety and gives the brew a distinctive aroma.ROASTER'S OPINIONRose and floral notes give the brew an aromatic, tea-like character, while almonds add delicacy and a mild sweetness. The taste is clean, sophisticated, and distinct, and the long aftertaste makes all the notes blend harmoniously together. It is expressive and unique, yet mild and pleasant in taste – an excellent Colombian coffee for those who appreciate floral notes and lightness.V60 RECIPEwater temperature: 94 degrees Celsius,300 g water,21 g coffee, grind size 7 (Fellow Ode II)Blooming 75 g water pour: 0-0:10,150 g water pour: 0:30-0:40,225 g water pour: 1:00-1:10,300 g water pour: 1:30-1:40. All water should finish drawdown around 2:10 - 2:20.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - Indonesia Flores Anaerobic Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 09.06.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Indonesia, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of cranberry, cocoa, grapefruit and balsamico.Origin: IndonesiaRegion: FloresProcessing: Anaerobic NaturalVariety: Yellow Typica, CaturraAltitude: 1400-1700 m a.s.l.TUANG COFFEEBehind this coffee is Tuang Coffee – an organization operating in the Manggarai region on the Indonesian island of Flores. Its history began in 2014, when Andre Tuang returned to his homeland to support local producers and improve coffee cultivation conditions.Today, Tuang Coffee works with thousands of farmers, offering them training, financial support, and a transparent compensation system. It is also involved in the development of local communities, funding education, infrastructure, and support programs for coffee-farming families.ABOUT THE REGION AND PROCESSINGShrubs of the Yellow Typica, Caturra, and Kartika varieties grow at an altitude of 1400–1700 meters above sea level, surrounded by the lush vegetation of Flores. This combination of terroir, farmers' experience, and careful processing builds the unique character of this coffee. The lot underwent anaerobic natural processing – carefully selected cherries fermented in anaerobic conditions in a darkened room, and then were moved to raised drying beds. There, over several weeks, they slowly developed their sweetness and intensity. The long, controlled fermentation and drying process allowed for the preservation of both juicy fruit notes and deeper accents of cocoa and balsamico, creating a rich and multidimensional profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONFlores is a coffee that catches your attention from the very first sip with its intensity and complexity. Distinct, juicy, and full of character, it constantly surprises with its changing flavor profile. At first, a pleasant fruity freshness appears – notes of cranberry and pink grapefruit bring a vibrant acidity and juiciness that gives the cup energy and lightness.Over time, the coffee reveals a deeper, more complex side. The fruity accents smoothly transition into notes of cocoa, which add sweetness and a velvety texture, while the whole experience is completed by a subtle, balsamic character that introduces an elegant depth and a long finish. This is a coffee with a rich aroma and a multi-layered profile that develops with temperature, revealing further nuances with every sip. Intriguing, dynamic, and full of contrasts – ideal for individuals who appreciate coffees with a distinct personality and love discovering new flavors in every cup.Store in a dry and cool place.

COFFEE PLANT - Peru Ismeria Leon Washed Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: COFFEE PLANT

Roasting date: 28.04.2026

Whole-bean specialty coffee beans from Peru, roasted by COFFEE PLANT from Poland. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. You can expect hints of green apple, grapes, caramel and cranberry.Origin: PeruRegion: CallayucFarma: La LucumaProcessing: Fully washedVariety: CaturraAltitude: 2250 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE FARMThis coffee comes from Ismeria Leon, who manages a 2-hectare farm in the village of Santa Teresa, situated at an impressive altitude of 2250 m a.s.l. Such extreme conditions — high sun exposure combined with cool temperatures — promote slow fruit ripening and the development of high-quality Arabica. The farm is located in the Callayuc region, within the Cutervo province (Cajamarca), one of the historical coffee-growing areas in northern Peru. This terrain stretches from approximately 690 to over 2800 m a.s.l., creating incredibly diverse microclimates — from fertile valleys to humid, tropical zones with high biodiversity.Ismeria Leon, like other local producers, manages her crops in strict harmony with nature, utilizing naturally fertile soils and favorable climatic conditions. The area also features characteristic landscape elements, such as the Viluco waterfall and the Cerro Pabellon mountains and the Cordillera del Wissus range, which contribute to the region's unique ecosystem. It is this combination of altitude, climate, and biodiversity that gives Callayuc coffee its distinct, complex, and characteristic profile.ROASTER'S OPINIONThe location of the La Lucuma farm is truly exceptional — over 2200 m a.s.l. is an altitude rarely encountered in Peruvian coffee cultivation. These extreme conditions favor slow fruit maturation and the building of a complex flavor profile. The Caturra variety is also not among the most common there — it accounts for about 20% of total coffee production in Peru, which makes lots of this type even more interesting and unique. Peru as an origin is often underestimated and overlooked by consumers, which is why we regularly try to include at least one coffee from this country in our offer. This time, it is the beans from Ismeria Leon.In the aroma, the coffee is fresh and fruity — green apple clearly dominates, complemented by delicate cranberry and caramel sweetness. On the palate, the profile remains very consistent: juicy apple appears in the foreground, enveloped in caramel, with hints of cranberry and grape. The whole has a medium, round body and low, smooth acidity reminiscent of an unripe apple. The sweetness is high and caramelly, and the aftertaste is medium-long, pleasantly sweet, and balanced. This is a coffee with very good balance and a clean profile — definitely an example of how good Peru can be.RECIPEWe recommend brewing this coffee using a dripper — from Hario or Origami. Due to the very high density of the beans, we recommend a finer grind than usual, a longer brewing time, and a temperature around 96 degrees Celsius.Store in a dry and cool place.

Figa Coffee - Ethiopia Bette Buna Decaf Sugar Cane Filter 250 g

Manufacturer: FIGA COFFEE

Whole-bean decaf specialty coffee from Ethiopia, roasted in Wrocław by Figa Coffee. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. In taste you can expect hints of milk chocolate, hazelnut and black tea.Country: EthiopiaRegion: Sidamo, Tefari KelaFarm: Bette Buna organization Method of decaffeination: SugarcaneVarietal: 74110, 74112Altitude: 1900-2100 m a.s.l.ABOUT THE COFFEEThis coffee from Taferi Kela in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia comes from the family-owned company Bette Buna, which means "House of Coffee". The company was founded by Syoum and Emame, and is currently run by their grandchildren. Bette Buna is committed to improving the quality of life for its community members – it teaches local farmers how to improve soil quality, restore agroforestry systems, and understand the importance of harvesting ripe cherries. Ripe cherries weigh more and yield better coffee, so farmers receive higher pay per kilogram, as well as a quality premium. The company also distributes over 350,000 seedlings from its own nursery every year.Fun fact: The coffee underwent a decaffeination process at the Coffein Compagnie using a solution of water and ethyl acetate, which occurs naturally in sugar cane, coffee, and fruits. In several stages, caffeine was gently and selectively extracted from the beans, allowing the green coffee to retain a profile closely linked to the original batch.Store in a cold and dry space.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Burundi, roasted by Bracia Ziółkowscy roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of black tea, currants and chocolate.Origin: BurundiRegion: Giku Hill, Butanyerera provinceFarm: Long Miles Coffee, 742 farmersVariety: BourbonProcessing: HoneyAltitude: 1700 m a.s.l.Cupping score: 87 / 100ABOUT THE FARMLong Miles Coffee is one of the most interesting coffee projects in Burundi. It was founded in 2011 by Ben and Kristy Carlson, who recognized both the huge potential of Burundian coffees and the challenges faced by local farmers after the privatization of the coffee sector. Their goal was to create a collaborative model that would allow farmers to produce better coffee and receive fairer compensation for it, while providing roasteries around the world with access to exceptional and fully traceable lots.Today, Long Miles works with thousands of smallholders and operates its own washing stations, including Bukeye, Heza, and Giku. Each batch of coffee can be traced not only to a specific station, but often also to the specific hill from which the cherries originate. Thanks to this, Long Miles has become one of the pioneers in building transparency and traceability of coffee origins in Burundi. The project's philosophy is based on a simple premise: good coffee starts with people. Therefore, Long Miles invests not only in infrastructure and processing quality, but also in farmer training, local community development, and long-term relationships with producers. The results are coffees that regularly make their way into the offerings of the most respected specialty roasteries in the world and have for years been building Burundi's reputation as one of Africa's most interesting origins.ROASTER'S OPINIONIf you are not drinking coffees from Burundi yet, change that. This is one of the more interesting origins we deal with during the year. A bit like Rwanda, a bit like Kenya, but most of all, it is 100% Burundi!Store in a cool, dry place.

Whole-bean specialty coffee from Kenya, roasted by Trigger roasting brand. Light roast, perfect for filter coffee machines, drippers, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other pour-over brewing methods. The brew resembles the flavour of passionfruit, blackberry and chocolate.Country: KenyaRegion: NyeriFarm: SubraProcessing: Anaerobic Natural (Sleeping Bag)Altitude: 1700-1720 m a.s.l.Variety: Ruiru 11, SL28, SL34Cupping score: 88 / 100ABOUT THE COFFEEIntense, with winey notes and a depth that makes every sip interesting. It stands out for its dark fruit notes and tropical character, while maintaining a distinct structure and being very pleasant in taste. This lot comes from the Ndurutu washing station in the Nyeri Central region of Kenya, where it is grown at an altitude of 1700–1720 meters above sea level. The station has been operating since 1999 and currently works with over 527 smallholder farmers growing mainly SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties on volcanic soils. The process is a long, anaerobic natural process with a unique "Sleeping Bag" drying technique: after selective hand-picking and sorting by ripeness, the cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation lasting over 300 hours, and then are dried using the "Sleeping Bag" method, which concentrates sweetness and develops a winey, fruity character in the cup.ROASTER'S OPINIONA strong Kenyan natural coffee with a winey, tropical, and very distinctive flavor profile. Passion fruit and blueberries give it a distinct fruity character, while dark chocolate adds richness and depth. The brew is complex, sweet, and full of character, and the long aftertaste makes all the flavors blend together perfectly. It is expressive and strong, yet still maintains balance and is great to drink – an excellent Kenyan coffee for those who appreciate true intensity.V60 RECIPEwater temperature: 92 degrees Celsius,300 g water,21 g coffee, grind size 7 (Fellow Ode II)Blooming 75 g water pour: 0-0:10,150 g water pour: 0:30-0:40,225 g water pour: 1:00-1:10,300 g water pour: 1:30-1:40.All water should finish drawdown around 2:10 - 2:20.Store in a dry and cool place.

Around a decade ago, with the aim of participating in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition, the farm began experimenting with varieties other than those traditionally grown in the region. For the past seven years, the farm has actively participated in this competition, achieving significant success, including second place in 2021. Don Linarco has been involved in coffee cultivation since his youth, working on the family farm. In 2014, after inheriting the land, he started his independent journey as a coffee producer. With great passion, he developed his skills across the entire production process, from sensory assessment (cupping) to coffee processing methods. Today, Don Linarco produces coffee using various techniques while also managing other farms.ABOUT THE VARIETYBourbon Sidra is an exceptional coffee variety, being a hybrid of two esteemed lineages: Bourbon and Typica (or according to some sources, Gesha). It is most commonly cultivated in Ecuador and Colombia. It is characterized by a complex flavor profile, where one can often find notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and florals, complemented by a delicate sweetness. The whole profile is completed by a bright, vibrant acidity and a clean finish. Due to its uniqueness and rarity on the market, this variety is frequently used in barista competitions.THE PROCESS The coffee cherries are hand-picked and carefully selected. They are then subjected to a washing process, during which floating cherries are removed from the surface of the water. The next stage is a 90-hour fermentation in hermetically sealed barrels. After fermentation, the cherries are dried under cover for about 28 days, and the final stabilization lasts for 15 days.A coffee for explorers. Lightly roasted, with dark fruits in the aroma. Blackberries, sweet cherries. All of this bathed in honey. This lot comes from the Chire district in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, where it is grown at an altitude of 2236 meters above sea level – one of the highest elevations in the region, which contributes to the clarity and brightness of flavor in the cup. It is produced by Girma Shonte on his 2.5-hectare family farm, using agroforestry techniques that provide natural shade and support soil health.
