Rosehip petals have regenerating properties. Mint will make you calm. According to folk medicine, lavender, basil, rosehip, rosehip petals and mint have a soothing effect on the nervous and digestive systems. They support circulation and immunity. It is a good brew to drink during the day.Ingredients: rosehip fruit, 27% lavender flower, basil leaf, rosehip petals, peppermint leaf.Recipes:Hot drink infusion: Add a flat teaspoon of herbs, pour boiling water (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes. It also tastes good with the addition of honey.Cold drink infusion: Add 2 tablespoons of herbs to boiling water (approx. 300 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. Pour the strained infusion into the bathtub. We take a bath for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 35-38°C. Finally, rinse the body slowly with a cold shower. After harvest, the coffee is de-pulped, removing the cherry. The coffee is then placed in a tank and submerged in water to ferment for 32 hours. This relatively slow fermentation contributes to the complex profile. The fermented coffee is then washed thoroughly and placed on the patio to dry. It stays in the sun for about 8 hours per day for 7 days, and the family makes sure to turn it frequently to ensure even drying.
